Glenn A. Lyman
Glenn A. Lyman, 38, of Nashua, died May 18, 2010, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a courageous battle with cystic fibrosis.
Glenn was born in Keene and grew up in Salem,
graduating from Salem High School in 1991 and from Plymouth State in 1995. He was an Electronic Medical Records Specialist with St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua. He was an avid hockey fan of the San Jose Sharks and he enjoyed his trip to San Jose, CA, to see his favorite team. He enjoyed playing tennis and was on the Salem High School tennis team. He attended many tennis matches including the U.S. Open and Wimbledon and he traveled to Paris to see the site of the French Open. Glenn enjoyed traveling and went to Spain, Morocco, Hawaii and Alaska. He enjoyed marine life and spent many weeks at Sea World in Orlando, FL, and San Diego, CA. Glenn received his black belt in Karate.
Glenn requested that his lungs be donated to the
University of Alabama for research to aid others in their battle against cystic fibrosis. He was predeceased by his mother, Marion (Shuter)
Lyman. He is survived by his aunt and uncle who raised
him, Janet and Sheldon Porter of Delray Beach, FL; his father, George Lyman and his wife Barbara of Derry; sister, Dawn Kinson of Dover; cousins, Jo-Anne Porter of Hampstead, and Nancy and her husband Gary Thompson of Salem and her daughter, Tara Starr, and granddaughter, Savannah Starr. Louis H. Nakley
Louis H. Nakley, 71, of Salem, and formerly of Lawrence, MA, died May 15, 2010, at Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, MA, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born December 21, 1938, Lou was a graduate of Lawrence High School,
class of 1957, and served his country in the Army from 1958-1960 when he was stationed in Germany. A Salem resident since 1966, Lou worked many
years as a route driver for Economy Cleaners of Lawrence. He was also well known in his role as pizza chef of Pizza Land (later Pizza Time) and at Stachey’s Olde-Time Pizzeria in Salem, as well as other area restaurants. His colleagues and regular customers will remember his tireless work ethic, sense of humor and willingness to help others. In his free time, Lou was an avid fan of music and sports, equally happy watching a classic movie musical or a Patriots game.
His interests also included cars, coin collecting and photography, and he was the devoted owner of many dogs and other pets through the years. Lou was a loving father and loyal friend who

Stephen M. Gotto
Stephen M. Gotto, 35, of Salem, died May 11, 2010, at Lawrence General Hospital, Lawrence, MA. He was born in Lynn, MA, grew up and was educated in Salem. Stephen was a mover for Grabel Van Lines in Methuen, MA. Stephen was a fun-loving comical man. He loved technology, movies,
and loved food (of all kinds and lots of it), and he loved to cook. Stephen was an artist. He loved dirt bikes and motorcycles. Between art and the outdoors he was always entertained and entertaining others. Stephen was a very outgoing person, who cared deeply for his friends and adored his family, especially his nephews. He is survived by his parents, John and Sandra (Paradis) Gotto of Salem; two sisters, Genine and
Andrea Espinal Tyra of Kingston died on May 9, 2010. She was born on March 27, 1983, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Windham. Andrea was an avid hiker with a deep love of nature. She served in the Air Force receiving several
awards for outstanding dedication and service. Andrea earned her associate degree in Science from Northern Essex Community College graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2009. Andrea’s love of learning continued as she pursued her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She had
her husband Keith Campbell of Goffstown, and Jennifer Gotto and Shaun Delorey of Salem; his soul mate, Melissa “Mel” Nutter of Dracut, MA; maternal grandmother, Pearl Paradis of Chelsea, MA; paternal grandmother, Shirley Gotto of Salem; nephews, Aidan, Calen, and Liam Campbell, and Quentin Delorey; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service was held May 16 at Douglas

Bonanno, 53, of Salem, died suddenly May 15, 2010, at his home.
Andrew was born in Cambridge, MA, and grew up in North Reading, MA,
graduating from the Northeast Regional Vocational Technical High School in 1974. He was the owner of Tops Electronic Service/Pinnacle Service Solutions in Haverhill, MA. Andrew enjoyed all sports, especially softball and golf, and he liked to travel. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was predeceased by his
