house. The property is exquisitely landscaped by lavender, olive trees and other beautiful plants. Once parked, you are welcomed by a charming half-height iron gate into a gorgeous courtyard.
Proprietor Tom Roebuck will welcome you and give you a tour of the impressive property. Tom, who is also the executive chef, is very proud of his kitchen. He will often shop at the local farmer’s markets to buy fresh produce in preparation of his daily gourmet breakfast for his guests. Actually, the term ‘guest’ does not quite describe the experience at Villa Valdemosa. You may feel more like you are visiting a close relative; a relative who owns a vineyard!
There are five private suites ranging in size and amenities that are quaintly named after wine varieties such as syrah, portofino and bordeaux. Amenities include flat screen TVs with DVD players (a private library of over 500 DVD titles is available to guests at no charge), jet or soaking tubs, queen and king beds, private entrances and private patios.
Aside from being the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, Villa Valdemosa also offers its own entertainment. You may be welcomed by the soothing guitar stylings of Tom Rigby (the proprietor’s professional name) when you arrive. There may also be a living room or outdoor concert scheduled during your stay. Villa Valdemosa is also available for private events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and even corporate events. However, you really do not need a special occasion to visit Villa Valdemosa and enjoy their breathtaking views. You will feel miles away.
