BMW MINI dealership in Toronto shows clearly how brand perceptions, experience and long-established relationships in- terconnect to create a truly successful project. Has already resulted in ex- tensive and positive publicity for the Architects, RAWdesign, including a Toronto Star profile by Christopher Hume with the headline: “MINI dealership designed for maximum effect – Build- ing at long-neglected east-end corner fulfills its urban duties with aplomb.” Roland Rom Colthoff, RAW’s principal in

charge of the project, and project Architect An- drew Thorpe said that everyone associated with the project respected the BMW and MINI brands, reflecting a combination of quality and whimsy.
