Realtors go mad with Purple Cow

Chandler residents Jane and Al Andersen, Realtors since 2004, have launched their “Purple Cow” Real Estate Model with Realty Executives.

Based on Seth Godin’s bestselling book “Purple Cow: Transform Your Business by Being Remarkable,” the Andersen’s decided to apply the Purple Cow concepts and principles from their teachings to the real estate industry, after seeing the market in constant flux with customers who required “attention, empathy, special care and are in need of credible, digestible information.”

“We knew after hearing story after story of how complicated, frustrating and time consuming the process of selling your home in today’s market had become, that we had to act,” Jane Andersen explains.

“People were getting financially and emotionally hurt out there, and they didn’t know which way to turn for guidance, advice or sound information. We knew we had the skills, talent and resources to design a ‘better mouse-trap’ for getting homes sold quickly and at their best possible price. We designed our Purple Cow model based on six easy steps to help as many people as we can at one time.”

Donate cell phones to help soldiers

To help U.S. soldiers overseas and honor Memorial Day, Insight Eyecare & Eyewear is collecting used cell phones during the month of May.

The phones will be recycled into phone cards so soldiers can phone home to their loved ones.
