Tammy Amoroso is a woman of evolving creativity. A former interior designer, she now operates a boudoir photography business, Amore Designs, with the goal of bringing out the inner beauty of every woman, regardless of physical attributes. Amoroso had an interior design business for 10 years, and wanted to work from home in order to be with her family. She graduated May 2009 from Mesa Community College with a degree in web design and a minor in photography. Amoroso has been involved in photography since the 1980s when she owned her first camera, a Minolta. After graduating from college, she started Amore Designs as a combination web design and photography business, but with the downturn of the economy Amoroso was forced to focus on her

Amoroso’s desire is to bring out the beauty in all of her clients with unique, sexy but tasteful artistic photography. Her studio is in her home to afford her clients privacy and comfort, as she says many of them are uncomfortable with their bodies. She offers a variety of photo packages as well as movies of the photographs set to music, a popular client selection. Clients pay a session fee depending on the type, such as a bridal color session, which costs $120. Package pricing ranges from $175 to $450. Amoroso has her own wardrobe for a variety of looks, ranging from sequined boxer shorts to lingerie to pink boxing gloves, fake furs and leather jackets.

Amoroso says her clients are pleased and surprised with the results when they see the photos.

Orbital also acquired a 135,000-square-foot systems manufacturing integration and test facility. “We are very excited to welcome a great team of highly qualified and experienced satellite professionals to the Orbital family,” says David W. Thompson,

Orbital’s chairman and chief executive officer. “With the addition of important new strategic customer relationships, a broad range of complementary satellite products and engineering capabilities, and a state-of-the-art production facility, we have significantly strengthened our competitive position in the defense and intelligence, civil government and commercial satellite markets.”

Orbital develops and manufactures rockets and space systems for commercial, military and civil government customers, and provides satellite subsystems and space-related technical services to U.S. Government agencies and laboratories.

Photographer finds beauty in women of all types

“I had one client who told me she wished she’d had a video camera on her husband’s face when he watched the video I made. He was surprised at how sexy, yet tasteful the photography was,” says Amoroso. Currently Amoroso is collaborating with Brenda Bark, owner of Focus on Fitness. Bark has a Biggest Loser competition in her gym, and the winner receives a boudoir session as a prize. Following this competition, anyone that signs up at Focus on Fitness will receive a 20 percent discount on a boudoir package. For more visit or call 480-980-7753.
