New concrete block plant

DENIS May & Sons Ltd has been manufacturing concrete products in the St Austell area of Cornwall for over 30 years.

Blocks were originally made by hand from premises at Polgooth and sold in the local area.

Over the following years, as demand increased, the company

relocated to a larger site at London Apprentice and then again in 1994 to its present site near St Stephen, adjacent to Goonvean Ltd where the secondary aggregate is sourced.
