It’s My Bag Solves

Dry Cleaning Dilemma

Frustrated with the single-use, throwaway plastic bags used by most dry cleaners, Tonia Torrellas created a green solution for her new firm, It’s My B, Inc. Her reusable dry cleaning bag, called It’s My Bag, doubles as a home hamper and clothes car- rier to and from the cleaners. “It allows you to bring home just your dry cleaning—no

plastic wrap or packaging materials,” advises Torrellas. Customers store, transport and then leave the Bag at their dry cleaners, which packs their clean clothes back into the Bag for the return trip. “The Bag works wherever you are,” she says, “at home, the office or gym, and while traveling on vacation or for business.” Available online, It’s My Bag is the company’s first product, soon to be fol-

lowed by other reusable alternatives to single-use items; all will begin with the letter B. “Our motto is, ‘Changing the world, one reusable bag at a time,’” says Tor- rellas. “At Its My B, we strive to protect the planet by following the big Rs: recycle, reduce and reuse.”

New Health Coaching

Service Launched

Sunshine Love Wellness, a new health coaching service launched by Emmon Quach, is now accepting new clients who seek answers to their life’s purpose and ways to begin living a healthier, happier life. Individuals dealing with weight, stress or emotional issues often benefit from working with a health coach that can guide and support them step-by-step to achieve health and lifestyle goals. Quach, who follows a raw food lifestyle, studied nutritional sciences at the University of Toronto and integrates scientific knowledge with natural nutri- tion. “Our primary nourishment is love and self-acceptance, then food,” she advises. “What we think and how we feel determines what we eat. What we eat, in turn, determines how we feel. It’s a cycle that requires conscious accep- tance. My role is to give love, support and nutritional guidance to help clients discover their authentic self and live a fulfilling, balanced life.”

Quach is currently offering new clients a reduced program rate and free initial consultation. For more information or to schedule a consultation, call 516-223- 8883 or email emmonquach@yahoo.ca.
