recycling centres across Europe. SWSL has supplied a QS role for the business which has recently been involved in the creation of a recycling centre for green and domestic waste in Devon.
The practice has continued
to offer its services to corporate clients and provides a CDM co-ordinator role for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
In addition, both SWSL directors hold appointments as expert witnesses providing reports for litigation, and have on occasion instigated proceedings within the Technology and Construction Court in relation to both adjudication and party wall matters.

involved in party wall advice for 17 units in Okehampton, Devon, and for a couple of projects in Torbay. Surveyor Roger Watson plays an important role for the company, while Lizzie Lewis, who recently retired as their full-time receptionist, is continuing to help out part- time.
