SOUTH West Surveyors Limited (SWSL) are celebrating their fifth anniversary this spring. The practice, established in
2005 in Torbay, has undertaken a broad range of services for a diverse number of clients and has firmly established its brand name in the local construction marketplace.
Directors Nick Williams and Neil Stevens run the practice which is based in Paignton. Nick said: ‘As chartered
surveyors, we provide professional independent advice.
‘Within the housing sector, we continue to work with a number of local developers, providing both ad-hoc and bank draw-down advice, not only establishing that a project is financially viable before it is commenced, but also continuing to work closely with developers and funders to manage financial risks and plan accordingly.
‘Recently completed commissions include nine residential units in Torquay for a local developer and a 2,700 sq ft bespoke luxury detached eco-house within the South
