Vintage & Classic Cars & Agricultural Display 8am – 4pm West Wayland Farm, Nr Looe PL13 2JS - the Rally is located in the two fields to the south of the junction of the B3359 Pelynt Road and the A387 between Looe and Polperro, The entrance to the site is gained via the gate at the western end of the fields at the junction of the A387 and Sclerder Lane. Please indicate to the Lion at the gate whether you are buying or selling, you will then be directed to the appropriate place to park. A Rally with classic & vintage agricultural vehicles, cars & motorbikes with static steam engines and special interest car groups. Beginners Kayaking Course
(6 sessions) From 6.45pm Jubilee Green, Saltash PL12 6BJ along Old Ferry Road, (follow until you reach the green by the river and see blue garage doors on the left hand side. This is where we meet) Hosted by the Tamar Canoe Association this block of lessons provide an introduction to paddling leading to a level one qualification. Each participant will achieve ‘Canoe England’ certificate on completion of the course. Bring a change of clothing and wear something warm and comfortable (not jeans), if you have a wetsuit this is ideal. You are guaranteed to get wet. Buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles and boats will all be provided. Trainers are qualified volunteer coaches who are CRB checked and all members of the club which is affiliated to Canoe England, the governing body.
