The Board of Adjustment met on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Pelham Town Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH and voted on the following petition:
Case #2429 Fichera, Frank Jr. & Crooker, Constance /52 Dutton Road
Map 36 Lot 10-358 seeking an “Area” Variance to Article III, Section 307-12 to permit the subdivision of land to allow two lots without 200 feet of frontage. The Board of Adjustment APPROVED the Variance with condition that the two prospective house lots served by the 50’ ROW from Diamond Hill Drive be limited to single family dwellings with no further subdivision of the subject parcel.
Case # 2434 MICHAUD, Russell & Noelline 2 Fisher Drive Map 18 Lot

The Board of Adjustment APPROVED the Variance with the following conditions: 1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the renovations to create the second and third residential units the Applicant must submit to the Town of Pelham Health Agent applications and plan(s) for a replacement septic system for the property.
2. Prior to issuance of certificates of occupancy for the second and third residential units, the Applicant receives Approval for Construction from the NH DES for the replacement septic system so in the event of a failure of the existing septic system the State approved system can be constructed. 3. The facade of the building will remain unchanged except for the removal of commercial signage.
