Order to Repair or Remove Hazardous Building
Pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. Chapter 155-B, notice is hereby given that the building(s) located at 28 Library Street in the Town of Hudson, County of Hillsborough, and State of New Hampshire (“Property”), or portions thereof, on account of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, physical damage, unsanitary condition, or abandonment, constitute(s) a fire hazard and/or a hazard to the public safety or health. The grounds therefore are as follows:
The roof of the attached building to the south side of the main house has collapsed and the exterior walls are collapsing as a result thereof. The attached building and main house appear to be abandoned and are not secured against unauthorized entry. The grounds are littered with junk and debris. A gas leak was detected and repaired by National Grid on April 19, 2009. At that time, the Hudson Fire Department found numerous pots of what was believed to be human waste.

Parties affected have the right to file an Answer to this Order with the Nashua District Court, 25 Walnut Street, P.O. Box 310, Nashua, New Hampshire 03061. Any costs, including costs of repairs, razing or removal, attorney fees, and expenses incurred in bringing the Property into compliance shall be enforced as a lien against the Property and shall be levied and collected in the same manner as tax liens as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. Chapter 80.
