NEW EXCITING CLASS

WITH JENNY Starting 9th April

Due to the great response of adding “GLIDING” to my “Legs, Tums & Bums” classes, I will now be starting a NEW GLIDING CLASS on Friday mornings at 9.30am to include not only toning but cardio workout as well. If you are one of the many people for whom hi impact workouts do not suit you for whatever reasons then this is the class for you. If you find that running or jumping is out of the question but would like to improve your cardio fitness then the gliding discs are perfect as they allow you to move in smooth, consistent, flowing patterns for a unique workout experience.

The discs are perfect for working the stomach and back muscles for an amazing core strengthening workout. This class will consist of standing and floor work, you will feel your muscles stretch and strengthen. It’s hard to believe an idea so simple can produce such graceful power!

Whatever your fitness levels GLIDING can help you achieve your goals. My classes consist of all abilities from beginners to advanced, there is no reason why we cannot all work together at our own levels to reach our goals and have some FUN!

Don’t forget my new class just started – “STRICTLY DANCE” on Thursday evenings at 7.15pm. It’s great FUN – from salsa-jive-waltz and cha-cha-cha. No partner needed. My other classes are:- Legs, Tums & Bums” Monday 9.30am (with crèche) and 6pm also Thursday at 6pm.

A good class to start with if you are new to exercise, to include the gliding discs is “yoga/pilates” Tuesday 6.30pm and Thursday 9.30am. This is a wonderful class that benefits the whole body including the mind, working on core strength to improve posture, abdominal strength, balance, flexibility and back problems – beginners welcome.

“STEP AEROBICS” Wednesday 9.30am – great for burning calories and improving fitness levels while toning the legs and bums at the same time – a great workout!

“BODYBLAST” Wednesday 6.30pm - a faster paced class packed full of a mixture of dance aerobics; body combat, boxing, skipping and more. Attack the fat and improve your cardio fitness whilst burning a whole heap of calories!

“TOTAL BODY WORKOUT” Friday 9.30am.

This is the new gliding class to include standing and floor work and cardio to improve all over fitness without running or jumping – experience this remarkable exercise system for some amazing results!
