TERMS & CONDITIONS
ACCOUNTS To establish an open account please request a credit application to submit to our credit department. If an open account has not been established, all orders will ship via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or pre-paid check.
TERMS Key Products open account terms are - Net 25th. Open accounts not having charges in the last six months must re- establish credit by contacting the credit department at 1-800-457-1019 ext. 1930.
FREIGHT Orders over $150.00 ship freight free in the continental United States. Orders under $150 ship $8.50 freight. Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge.
RETURNS If merchandise is ordered in error and must consequently be returned, please call for a Return Authorization Number. We will assess a 20% restocking charge along with a $7.00 Return Service Charge. Absolutely no shipments to Key Products will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on the return shipment. Any shipments received by Key Products without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the shipment will be shipped back freight collect at the customer’s expense. There is a 30-day return policy and credit will be given after inspection. No returns on Key Machines.

MATERIAL SURCHARGE A material
