We take the best of Broadway’s current and recent offerings and offer four weeklong programs featuring the music, choreography, characters and songs that you love to sing and dance along to. Work with a professional music director and choreographer and put them on stage in a song and dance revue at the end of the week.

A Year with Frog and Toad for Kids

All camps run 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for a period of three weeks; each week culminates with an in-studio demonstra- tion for family members and friends.
Summer Dance Intensive
Ages: 12-15 years (Junior Division) July 5-July 23, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Ages: 16 years and up (Senior Division) July 26-August 13, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Cost: One-time registration fee (all students): $20; Any one week: $160; Any two weeks: $320; All three weeks: $450; Early drop off/late pick-up: $5 per hour up to 3 hours per day. The Summer Intensive Program is designed to nourish and foster intermediate, advanced and pre-professional dancers with at least three years of training in ballet and modern dance. The program is separated into the junior division for dancers 12-15 and the senior division for dancers 16 and older. All programs conclude with a student concert. Over the course of the Intensive, students take 30 classes from The Center’s core curriculum, which includes a daily ballet class and a daily Horton or Graham-based modern class. The core curriculum is supple- mented by additional workshops and classes in jazz, hip-hop, partnering, music studies, dance history, cultural dance, improvisation, composition and body conditioning. Students may participate in any one or more weeks of a Summer Intensive; however, only students who attend the full three-week program may participate in the final student concert.
