IHRSA selects Timergaleeva as Russian Ambassador

> Leila Timergaleeva, who has worked in the fitness industry for almost a decade, has been appointed as IHRSA’s International Ambassador to Russia/ CIS countries. After six years as a practicing lawyer, Timergaleeva decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. Since 2002, she has worked in the Russian fitness industry. Her first stint was a sales consulting position with Gold’s Gym in Moscow, where she later became sales director. Following this, she became managing director at Fit- nessMania—one of the biggest fitness clubs in Moscow. She has also worked as a freelance sales trainer for the Strata Partners fitness chain. Currently, Timergaleeva is a club

and regional manager at Complete Body Company in New York City, which has five residential/hotel locations and two private personal training/physical therapy studios. Complete Body Development is a rapidly growing fitness and wellness
