REHAU’s RAUVOLET Vetro Line range of glass kitchen cabinet roller shutters was developed to appeal to designers in the contemporary kitchen market. It brings a new twist to the concept of glass-fronted cabinets, and offers an original and distinctive com- bination of style and practicality. The Vetro Line system incorporates 50mm wide slats made from high perform- ance, scratch resistant safety glass. They are available either in a translu- cent satin finish ideal for use alongside natural kitchen materials or in a strik- ing black gloss to complement the current monochrome trend in kitchen design. Both finishes feature frame profiles in cool aluminium and are low

maintenance and easy to clean. Vetro Line combines the quality and appeal of real translucent glass with the ease of installation and convenient running characteristics of polymer tambour doors and cassette systems. REHAU supplies the roller shutters either in a ready-to-install cassette module, which can simply be screwed into the carcass or as a complete high quality roller shutter cabinet. The cassette system features REHAU’s ingenious C5 counterbalance mechanism, which enables the roller shutter to operate smoothly and reliably.

Chairman enterprise overview

Chairman Enterprise is a single software system that can handle all requirements from sales orders and purchasing, through production, to customer service and accounts. The system includes sales and purchase order processing, electron- ic trading, automated stock control, stock tracking, work-in-progress tracking, ca- pacity planning, returns maintenance, container imports and accounts in one easy-to-use, fully integrated package. Pictures of products, fabrics and compo- nents can be displayed throughout the system wherever those items appear, whether it’s within a program or in a report displayed on the screen.

Automated stock control allows component requirements to be updated immediately on receipt and input of an order, and stock allocations and issues can be dealt with automatically in line with the processes taking place on the shop floor. Stock Tracking allows indi- vidual rolls of fabric to be identified and issued against jobs, and details including dye batch numbers and roll numbers can be recorded. Fabric stock takes can become as simple as reading barcodes!
