the coach, the organisation,and the individual.Make sure
you hire an experienced,trained coach who is a member of a
relevant professional body such as the ICF or EMCC.
Most of all meet with and talk to the coach to check the
“chemistry”– both that she/he “gets”your business and
your vision,and importantly that they will work well with
you and your staff. Both the organisational environment
and the individual coachee’s motivation impact on success,
so ensure that you position and communicate the coaching
as a positive initiative.
