Ostrich Fest from Page 45
Classic American funk band WAR performs at 8 p.m. Sat., March 13 and
internationally known Latin artists Los Cadetes de Linares and La Sonora
Dinamita appear at 8:15 and 9:45 p.m., respectively, on Fiesta Sunday, March
14. Local community groups and other acts entertain throughout the weekend.
The event also feature a state fair-style carnival, food and more than 100
vendors selling arts and crafts and unique gift items.
General admission at the gate is $9 for adults, $8 for seniors and $7 for
youths, with kids younger than age 6 free. Presale tickets are also available
online and at some Chandler schools. Discounts are available at all local Fry’s
grocery stores. The parking fee has been reduced to $5 per car and $3 per
motorcycle for this year’s event.
