Special Terms on Purchases of $10,000 or more
& Payment for those not in attendence.
1. A Few Consignments will have Special Terms @ $10,000 or more. Any interested party
must contact the Consignor & Sale Manager prior to the start of the Sale. Any Buyer who
is not approved or does not contact the Consignor & Sale Manager is expected to make full
payment at the completion of the Sale.
2. For Buyers not in attendence, Full Payment for purchases is due to the Sale Manager
within 5 business days of the Sale. No Exceptions
3. Partners Reserve the right to bid on all Partnership Consignments.
Terms of Sale for ET Choices
* 25% down due Sale Day
* 75% upon selection at no later than 4 months based on age of youngest calf born.
Seller entitled to $4.00 per day board after 4 months, based on age of youngest calf born in
the group from which the selection is made.
Seller to complete blood typing and pay all necessary registry and other applicable fees to
obtain registry certificate
Should a male or female chosen from teh respective flush fail to meet breeding guarantees,
or should for any reason a male or female not result from a respective flush the following
steps will be taken to fulfill the purchase agreement:
1. Seller will offer choice of remaining ET’s from the respective flush
2. Seller will offer choice of another flush already implanted or choice of a future,
mutually suitable to both buyer and seller. In the case buyer getting choice of a future flush,
no interest will be charged to the buyer, but payment schedules will remain the same.
3. If, and only if, 1 & 2 above cannot be resolved, as in death or sale of Doner Cow,
full refund will be made on all payments.
Cattle Sold for Export:
Any cattle sold for export to Canada or elsewhere will require 100%payment at time of sale.
It is up to prospective buyers from their respective countries to know what tests they require
and check withSale Manager prior to the sale to be sure cattle have been tested
negative for these tests. Cattle will be housed at $3.00 per day for any cattle held for export,
plus any testing and transportation expenses. As the cattle are coming from a consignment
sale, two bluetongue tests will be necessary for any cattle going to Canada.
