Salary £50 - 55k (Dependant on Experience)
The Frenchgate Shopping Centre is a 880,000 sq ft
covered regional shopping mall with more than 20 million
annual visitors. We require a progressive and dynamic
Centre Manager with natural leadership qualities, a high
level of commercial awareness and strategic management
skills, to lead the scheme. The successful candidate will
have unlimited drive, energy and industry passion, with a
proven track record in these areas. They will be expected
to develop the commercial and financial areas of the
business, whilst overseeing the smooth and efficient
operational management of the Centre.
Other key strengths critical to the role are a flair and
genuine interest for marketing and the ability to build
effective communications with retailers and tenants.
