LATE PCSO
Police officers and staff in Watford and Three
Rivers have paid tribute to PCSO Carol Pengelly
who sadly died last month after losing her battle
against illness.
Carol, 47, had been a Police Community Sup-
port Officer with Hertfordshire Constabulary for
six years and lived in North Watford and leaves
behind a son and a daughter.
The popular officer started off working with
