PARENTS DEMAND ACTION
OVER SCHOOL PLACES
Angry parents from Rickmansworth and sur-
rounding areas of Three Rivers packed into a
Mill End Primary School last week to listen to an
action group demanding an extra school to be
built in the area.
An extremely concerned and frustrated group
of parents from across Rickmansworth, Chorley-
wood, Croxley Green, Maple Cross and Mill End
have joined forces to urge those responsible for
providing local education services to recognise
and act upon the rapidly deteriorating ability of
children living in the area to access local, quality
secondary education.
The parents make up „The WD3 Parents Action
Group‟, which is behind a series of recent actions
designed to raise local awareness of lack of sec-
ondary school places available to children from
across the area.
