Clients speak highly of Division 15 Plumbing. “We have utilized Division 15
Plumbing on numerous institutional projects over the last five years, and have never ex-
perienced anything but prompt, professional, courteous service,” said Ronald Elliot,
vice-president of Quinan Construction Ltd. In Orillia. “They have rapidly become one
of our ‘go to’ mechanical sub-contractors. When we occasionally enter the ‘design
build’ market in the Barrie and Orillia area, they are usually our first choice for a me-
chanical contractor.”
Community service
In addition to her role on the Barrie Construction Association’s Board of Directors,
company vice-president Katherine Van Leeuwen is actively involved in other commu-
nity activities, especially the Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka. She sat on the inaugural
committee and headed up the marketing for a Gilda’s Club garden party in 2008 where
the team raised more than $150,000 in one day. That same year, Katherine worked in
part with the BCA and Gilda’s Club in building a house in just 72 hours, while raising
$300,000 for Gilda’s Club – the largest single donation to the club’s capital campaign
at the time.
