Leslie Lindquist
Deb Ralston
On January 4, Leslie Lindquist rejoined
Neighbors Who Care (NWC) as Executive
Director. Leslie replaces Chris Stage who
resigned to pursue other interests. We
thank Chris for all she has done to maintain
and improve operations, improve service
to our clients, and increase grant income
and donations, to name just a few of her
achievements.
Leslie, a resident of Sun Lakes, has a
Masters in Business Administration degree
from the University of Redlands and has
extensive experience in grant writing,
management and consulting in the social
services non-profi t area.
Please join me in welcoming Leslie to
her new assignment. We look forward to
working together to ensure that NWC is as
successful in the future, as we have been
so fortunate to be in the past, enabling our
elderly clients to stay in their own homes.
We will soon be celebrating 15 years of
service to the community!

I am pleased to announce that Tom
Basinger joined Western Broadband as
President and CEO effective January 2010.
Mr. Basinger is a thirty-year veteran of the
Cable Television industry and has held
Vice President and Senior Vice President
positions in Operations, Management,
Marketing, and Strategic Planning. Mr.
Basinger will replace Harvey Boyd who
retired for health reasons at the end of the
year. Mr. Boyd and Mr. Basinger worked
together for nearly 16 years dating from
1981 to 1997. They both have similar
management styles and expect no major
changes in the procedures or practices at
Western Broadband. Customer service will
continue to be the key ingredient that will
separate Western Broadband from the other
video providers and will remain a priority.
