LEFT: At the factory, not too far away from HQ the components for the
Wireless Solution products are surface mounted and assembled. The
company who carry out the work is EMG Norautron AB. It has recently
acquired a new machine which allows even more components to be
processed per hour, and is, in fact, the only machine of its kind in northern
Europe. The new machine can process up to 60,000 components an hour.
The components are manually set up but the machines fuse all the parts
together.

Wireless Solution is only a small company and is made up of
approximately 10 people, but within those people there is more
than 150 years worth of experience. Wireless Solution operates
in a niche market and is a specialist in the field because it doesn’t
make any other product, therefore all of its efforts are put into
the design and manufacturing of its signature product.
Wireless technology is definitely the future, however, sometimes
convincing people of this is not always easy. As Lotta explained:
“People are used to seeing wires everywhere, and when you take
that away and there is nothing to physically look at they doubt
