History Forum
Renfrewshire Local History Forum is an
umbrella organisation bringing together
local history groups, including Bridge of Weir,
Lochwinnoch and Johnstone History Societies,
in the ‘old’ Renfrewshire.In addition, the
Forum is involved in local history research
and publication.
The Archaeology Section actively promotes
interest in local archaeology by recording
local sites, excavating and publishing.
All RLHF meetings are held in Paisley Museum
and Art Galleries on Thursday Evenings at
7.30pm.
Renfrew Speakers Club
We meet on Thursdays at 7.30pm in Renfrew
Town Hall. This is an ideal opportunity for those
who want to improve their public speaking
abilities for work or social occasions.
