The RootCell system has been developed following consultation with
landscape architects, local authorities and leading tree experts. The
concept is simple – RootCells provide a load bearing structure preventing
the soil from becoming compacted and lifeless.
TREE GUARDS & GRILLES
These plastic rigid skeletal interlocking ring RootCells are manufactured
(PAGE 7 & 8)
from recycled HDPE each cell being 250 x 250 x 100mm. Their loading
capacity is 80 tonnes per square metre for an evenly distributed load.
