TG Capital Invests in Lady of America
Consider it a “major milestone,” says Gerry Weber,
CEo of Lady of America (LoA) Franchise Corpora-
tion, referring to a recent investment deal with
TG Capital Corp., a Miami-based private equity
firm. LoA is the world’s largest chain of full-
service female fitness centers, with over 300
franchises in 45 states and nine countries. An
affiliate of TG Capital recently purchased 20 LoA
Fitness Clubs in Miami and Puerto Rico. While
no financial details were disclosed, both Weber
and Jonathan Robertson, managing director
for TG Capital Corp., expressed equal amounts

agreement with Mark and Mylene Dayrit, current owners/managers of six
Philippine-based locations. The deal calls for the development of at least
