a bit more about our community...
The pg.path provides our organization with a contextual roadmap to help
us evolve a thriving environmental community,
It all begins with effective leadership setting the course, tone and
expectations of the organization. It’s also leadership’s responsibility to bring
in the right people who are a good fit. By fit, we mean those who are
naturally talented for the role, and have a strong mission for who we are as
well as a driven-desire to make a difference in the world.
Once people come into the organization, the proper on-boarding process
is critical to quickly have our energy advisors trained and performing in their
role. Proper on-baarding is one of our largest challenges and areas of
opportunity. Having the proper on-boarding process enables us to absorb
the level of growth we aspire.
As we’re successful with executing to first three nodes on the pg.path, an
engaged culture naturally fosters, positioning us for sustainable growth.
Gallup has never identified a customer base that is more engaged than
those servicing them.
princetongreen.org having an engaged culture is
necessary to building a growing base of engaged clients. Engaged clients
are advocates of the brand, thus supporting our efforts in building an
engaged community.
An engaged community tends to be self-supporting, in that the community
invests in
princetongreen.org, and we, in turn, reinvest resources back into
the community.
When all of these dynamics are properly aligned, the result is a thriving
environmental community.
