Construct Canada attracts 23,000 – including Hooters Girls

More than 23,000 people attended Construct Canada in
December, and many of them visited the Construction News
and Report Group’s newly-located booth to meet some
guests from Hooters in Barrie.
Associate publisher Chase co-ordinated the womens’
visit with Buce Bolduc, from Construction Wokrplace
Training Centre Ltd., who also brought along several hun-
dred: “A Lady of Construction” calendars to give to people
who visited the booth.
Chase, Daniel Smith from Ottawa, Bruce and the Hoot-
ers guests shared the booth for the three event, which had
1,050 exhibits, 450 speakers, 200 presentations, and dozens
of media visitors.
