Local Boy Goes for Health
Annual Charity Event Exceeds Expectations
submitted by Brenda Collins, Greater Hudson Chamber
of Commerce
The Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce
(GHCC) held its Annual Holiday Auction for Charity on
December 8 at King’s Court & Banquet Hall, 222 Central
Street in Hudson, raising $6,387 for the St. Vincent de
Paul Society. Special thanks to all those who donated
and participated in the auction; as a result, the auction
raised $5,387—the additional $1,000 was a monetary
donation generously gifted by PSNH. During the last
11 years of holding the Annual Auction, the GHCC
members and local businesses have been able to raise
an outstanding $33,400 for charity.
