Oleg Kolesnikov is recognised for making an outstanding contribution
to the successful implementation of digital TV services in Russia.
As technical director of DTH pay-TV operator NTV Plus Kolesnikov
oversees distribution of the platform via three separate satellites cov-
ering all of Russia. Under his watch, the platform has grown to over 160
channels including HD services, own-produced channels, Russian pre-
mier league football and dedicated movie channels as well as three
pay-per-view services.
