MANAGER
ABTAC: Travel Agent’s Certificate
City and Guilds Designed to include many of the skills needed to work as a Leisure Travel Consultant, this qualification includes the ABTA Travel Insurance examination, essential for travel agency work. ATTENDANCE: One day per week for 36 weeks ENTRY: Candidates must be able to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the travel industry, and should supply a positive reference.
Airline Cabin Crew
NCFE Level 2 Certificate This qualification is assessed by a portfolio of evidence and has been endorsed by BMI, who guarantee an interview to those students who successfully complete the course and meet their minimum criteria. The course also includes a trip to an airline training centre. ATTENDANCE: Half a day per week for 30 weeks. ENTRY: You must possess an interest in an airline career, and supply a positive reference.
Resort Representatives
NCFE Level 2 Certificate This course provides the skills and knowledge required to work effectively for a tour operator as a resort representative. The course is endorsed by the tour operator Thomas Cook. ATTENDANCE: Half a day per week for 30 weeks. ENTRY: Candidates must be able to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm, and should supply a positive reference.
