BUSINESS First Line Management
ILM Award This course is designed for people employed as, or aiming to become supervisors. As an updated course, it introduces Management skills in core areas of: problem solving, managing change, decision-making, managing people, team building and managing resources. ATTENDANCE: Thursday, 6.30pm – 9.30pm for 12 weeks. ENTRY: No formal entry requirements. You must be in employment and have supervisory or team leading experience or potential.
First Line Management
ILM Certificate Level 3 This course builds on the core knowledge gained through the successful completion of the Award in First Line Management, including extensive coverage of the key themes such as decision making, managing performance/change and resources. ATTENDANCE: Thursday, 3.30pm – 9.30pm for 20 weeks. ENTRY: No formal entry requirements. You do not have to complete the introductory course prior to starting this course. Candidates must be in a management or potential management role.
