The ESOL course has been designed to meet the
needs of the families of local migrant workers.
We are aware that many learners have not previously
experienced school/college in England and do not
possess the level of language skills necessary to access
the main curriculum.
We aim to help raise individuals’ language skills from
Entry Level to at least Level 1, to integrate them into
college, the local community and to assist them in
progressing to a further academic or vocational course
of their choice.
