The College has a strong focus on
responding to the needs of employers and
their employees, and provides training that
is tailored to meeting this need.
We are the only college in Lincolnshire to have
gained the EMSkills award: the East Midlands
quality mark for learning providers offering
excellent service to businesses.
We work closely with local employers to offer
opportunities that are relevant, targeted and
effective. These include; Train to Gain/Employer-
Led Qualifications, Business Focused Training and
Apprenticeships.

Gain provision is ‘Outstanding’, having engaged
with not only 4000 learners but also 1400
employers. Following this we were recognised
in December 2008 by the Learning and Skills
Council (LSC) as the ‘Best provider for Train to
Gain in East England’.
It is our job to make sure your employees have
