Brazilian Steakhouse Dinner
Enjoy a unique steakhouse atmosphere as experienced at the famous Fogo de Cha˜o (fo-go dee shoun)
restaurants found in major U.S. cities. Operating under the unique service concept of espeto corrido, which
translates from Portuguese as “continuous service,” Dining Services plans to satisfy your palate and the desire
for something original. Instead of ordering from a traditional menu, Fogo de Chão off ers a prix-fi xe system
where guests can sample the entire menu or just focus on their favorite items.
Th e menu will feature unlimited servings of diff erent delectable cuts of fi re-roasted meats including fi let mignon,
tender ribs, Parmesan pork and chicken breast wrapped in bacon. Th e dinner
also includes a sumptuous buff et of gourmet salads and a variety of Brazilian
side dishes prepared by our WVRC chefs.
Each guest uses a two-sided disk to control the pace of their meal. Th e
green side signals the Gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling fi re-
roasted meats to carve at the table. Th e red side indicates
a stopping point. Turning back to green lets the Gaucho
chefs know to start off ering the meats again.
