All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate.
Additional Photographs: The 4 colour price includes up to 2 scans. Any scans
over this amount will be charged at £7.00 each.
Fixed Position: An additional £50 will be charged for a specific page in the
journal.
Loose inserts: Loose leaf, to be supplied to printer ready for insertion. Up
to 270mm x 200mm double sided sheets (up to 10g weight) mechanically
inserted at £50 per 1,000 for UK distribution only. Alternative size
documents and manual insertions - prices available on application.
Classified adverts: Minimum charge £25 for small box advert. Discounts for
series bookings (payment to be sent with copy).
All advertisements must comply with Holstein UK conditions of advertising.
