HOSPITALITY SERVICES
The convention local host committee, The Arc of Greater Pitts-
burgh, has recruited a team of volunteers to assist convention
attendees in making your visit to Pittsburgh more enjoyable. These
volunteers will be available to answer questions, address concerns
and provide general information.
The volunteers will be stationed in two booths at prominent loca-
tions: the Westin Hotel near the convention walkway and in the
Convention Center close to the Registration Desk. They will be
easily recognizable as each volunteer will be wearing a yellow or red
corsage with white ribbons with the words: “Hospitality” and “Ask
Me”.
A Directory of Resources has been prepared by the local host
committee and will be available to convention attendees. This
Directory includes information about local shopping, restaurants,
transportation, recreation, and tourist attractions. In addition,
helpful information on personal services, such as wheelchair repair,
will be included.

Follow the colorful balloons to the Hospitality Booths where you
may obtain any information you need and have all your questions
