The story of Allto Construction’s 40 years of success
is one of hard work, creativity, and integrity – and the
magical mix where a hands-on entrepreneur creates an
environment where employees feel connected and loyal,
while family members are eager to share in the business
growth.
Founder Larry Acchione and his wife Regina can take
credit for this success. Lisa Thompson, responsible for
Orangeville excavation and site services contractor’s
client relations and marketing, says Larry always en-
couraged Regina and family of four to be involved in the
business, and they now all have a role in the thriving en-
terprise.
But the business isn’t just about family members.
The company has 75 to 80 employees on the payroll, and
56 pieces of high-end digging and excavation equipment.
