The new TS 3600 is a fully automated solar cell tester and sorter which can be

flexibly integrated into a production line. We follow our idea of soft handling and
guarantee a very high yield. The TS 3600 consists of three main modules, namely
the loader, the tester and the sorter module. The tester module is designed with
a robust transport system utilizing a revolving chain equipped with grippers. In
this way we can guarantee a precise transport of the cells to the state-of-the-art
test tools. This results in a high uptime and minimizes pseudo errors. A guided
contacting system allows for the most precise electrical classification. The sorter
has 55 bins equipped with carriers which are fully automatic loaded and unloaded.
