The Riverwalk Center
FOR THAT VERY SPECIAL EVENT
th e ri v e r w a l k ce n t e r w a s built in 1992/93 by the Town of Breckenridge as a per-
forming arts facility primarily to host the Breckenridge Music Festival Orchestra and
the National Repertory Orchestra. Over the years, the Riverwalk Center’s uses have
expanded to include everything from popular music concerts, theatre and children’s
performances to non-profit fundraisers, weddings and conference dinners.
In June of 2008, after a very successful capital campaign (over $1.1 million raised
Kim DiLallo privately) and more than $3 million committed by the Town of Breckenridge, the
Riverwalk Center reopened its doors with a roof and walls covering the space that
