The Willy Wonka behind Lickety Splits is 27-year-old Jude Ross.
After years as a fashion buyer, the credit crunch was an unusual
catalyst for her to embark on her new business venture: "As the
fashion industry is less stable now, I thought it would be the
perfect opportunity to take that jump and finally do something
that I have always wanted to do". Although she has a degree
in business studies and an obvious lust for success, it is the
presence of a framed family photograph in the shop of Jude,
aged three, managing her first ever self-made sweet store that
proves Lickety Splits is where her heart is.
