To the Readers,
Peace and All-Good!
The Month of July is the month dedicate to Zeal. In this month
also, we celebrate two saints dear to us: St. Mary Euphrasia
and St. Mary Magdalene. These women possesses the holy
zeal, one for the salvation of souls and the other to see the
Lord. Both succeed because of the flaming zeal in their
hearts. St. Mary Euphrasia became foundress of a community
which until now exists while St. Mary Magdalene became the
first human being who received the proclamation - the Good
News, “The LORD is risen! Alleluia!” and first who have seen
the Risen Lord! Like St. Mary Euphrasia and St. Mary
Magdalene let us enflame our hearts with holy zeal for souls
and for God! For sure… just like them we will reap the
rewards of heaven.

About the Cover
This statue of Jesus the Good Shepherd can
be found at the College Department. It
welcomes the students as they enter the
vicinity of the College. It reminds us that the
education at SBC is centered in Christ - the
Good Shepherd.
