Executive Suite Named in Recognition of Mel and
Sue Bahle
Devoted Danforth Center benefactors Mel and
Sue Bahle were honored for their incredible
support with the naming of the “Mr. and Mrs.
Melvin C. Bahle Business Suite,” located on the
third floor of the Center. The suite houses the
offices of Chairman Dr. William Danforth and
Vice President, COO of the Danforth Center
and President of BRDG Park Sam Fiorello, as
well as an executive conference room.
An array of Center friends and faculty
gathered for the event, including Center
President Dr. Roger Beachy. During the
naming ceremony and celebration, Dr. Danforth remarked that “the Bahles have been generous and
visionary friends of the Center since its founding in 1998. We are a stronger institution because of their
leadership.” Sam Fiorello noted that “it is personally an honor to have the Bahle name associated with
the work that I do here at the Center.”
With a toast of Champagne, the Bahles cut the ribbon to their suite as a crowd of well-wishers cheered
them on.
