Letter from the Publisher
Welcome to The SCENE Magazine! I am excited to bring to you
the premier issue of SWFL’s hottest entertainment magazine.
We will be your source of local events that are going on in Lee &
Collier Counties, pictures of the hottest local people having fun
supporting our bars, clubs and restaurants and bring you editorial
that will pique your curiosity.
This issue features some very fun editorial content that I hope you
will enjoy and many more exciting stories to come. I was granted
back stage access to one of SWFL’s hottest rising local bands
A200, whom I admit I have a crush on. I also interviewed the Ft
Myers Roller Derby girls who are the ultimate tough girls in a very
physical sport who know how to have fun.
Mark your calendars for our launch party on October 17th starting at 10 p.m. Venu Nightclub in
downtown Fort Myers is our host for the event. We plan to throw a party this town will be buzzing
about for some time. See our ad on page 42. I hope to see you there!
I would also like to thank my friends and family for supporting me through this entire process. I
have such wonderful people in my life cheering me on and encouraging me to go after my dreams.
