English National Ballet returns to the London
Coliseum this Christmas with one of the most
popular ballets ever, The Nutcracker. Designed by
celebrated British caricaturist Gerald Scarfe and
choreographed by Christopher Hampson, The
Nutcracker will be performed for the last time this
Christmas after having entertained over 340,000
people across the UK since 2002. This vibrant and
eccentric retelling of the classic Christmas ballet
features snowflakes leaping out of a giant fridge, mice and soldiers fighting
Sunday
in the dead of night and an origami bird whisking the heroine Clara away
to the Kingdom of the Sweets. Groups of 10 or more can save up to £15
sessions
per ticket. For more information and to book tickets, call Paola Pozzi at
English National Ballet on 020 7581 1245 or email groups@ballet.org.uk
