n the club’s constant quest to create

again surveying members with the third
annual member satisfaction index. The U ÊFully equipped kitchens
survey is an online questionnaire that asks

members to rate their level of satisfaction
with the various areas of the club.

The index is determined through
a low-cost online survey system and,
although fast and accurate, it is not
designed to replace the comprehensive
survey the club does approximately every

The results from the last year’s index
mirrored those of the previous compre-
hensive survey that indicated a high level
of satisfaction across almost all areas of the
club.
“Our goal is make sure the members
feel they are getting the most from their
membership,” says General Manager
Norm Rich. “There is a high level of
expectation on the part of the member-
ship and I want to know if an area is doing Making the Car-buying
exceptionally well or if one needs more
staff attention.”
