Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is widely known as a writer,
broadcaster, and campaigner for an uncompromising and
unsqueamish commitment to real food. His series for Channel 4
have earned him a huge popular following, and his books have
collected multiple awards. Hugh lives in Dorset, surrounded by
animals, most of which are destined to be consumed by him and
his family. Putting food on the table for the family quickly and
economically doesn’t mean you have to compromise on quality.
River Cottage Every Day shows how Hugh’s approach to food can
be adapted to suit any growing, working family, or busy young
singles and couples.
If you want to have lunch at Chez Jules after the talk, you must
either book by telephone on 0845 241 7868 or in person at the
box office.
